Payments must be made only to the authorized accounts of Wildlife Adventure India.
We accept multiple payment modes including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Direct Bank Transfer etc.
Bookings are processed strictly as per real-time availability, and rates may vary depending on season, demand, or changes in government-authorized fees.
3. Safari & Travel Conditions
Safari permits, timings, seating arrangements, and route allocations are managed by the forest authorities, not by the company.
No specific safari route, zone, or gate is guaranteed. Allotted zones can be changed depending on government availability or operational requirements.
Travelers must carry valid ID proof at the time of entry. Without valid ID, the forest department may deny entry.
Wildlife sightings are natural events and cannot be guaranteed.
4. Accommodation Terms
Hotels and resorts are booked based on availability on the selected travel dates.
Standard/base category rooms are provided unless an upgrade is confirmed at additional cost.
In case of full occupancy, an alternative property of similar standard may be arranged.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must verify all booking details (dates, passenger info, safari selection, vehicle type, etc.) before final confirmation.
Any incorrect detail submitted by the customer may lead to additional charges or denial of entry by authorities.
Guests must follow all guidelines provided by safari guides, forest guards, and hotel staff for safety and compliance.
6. Pricing & Government Policies
Safari fees, guide charges, vehicle charges, and government levies are controlled by local authorities and may change without prior notice.
Any increase in charges after booking will be applicable additionally and must be paid by the traveler.
7. Company Rights
Wildlife Adventure India reserves the right to modify itineraries, change service providers, upgrade or shift accommodations, or adjust safari timings depending on operational or safety requirements.
The company may refuse service to any customer engaging in fraudulent activity, providing false information, or violating forest regulations.
8. Liability Limitations
Wildlife Adventure India is not responsible for delays, changes, or interruptions caused by weather conditions, natural events, government orders, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
The company is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during travel, safari, or hotel stay.
All travel is undertaken at the customer’s own risk, especially in wildlife zones where natural elements are unpredictable.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services (hotels, safari vehicles, guides, transportation) are managed by third-party providers.
Wildlife Adventure India acts as a coordinator and is not responsible for operational issues arising from third-party partners.
