At Wildlife Adventure India, every booking is processed with care, coordination, and real-time communication with hotels, forest authorities, and transport partners. Since each reservation involves advance payments and third-party commitments, the cancellation terms below apply to ensure fairness and transparency for both sides.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to our official email or WhatsApp. Verbal or phone-based cancellation requests are not accepted.
For calculation purposes, the day we receive your written request is not counted, and the travel start date is also excluded.
This policy applies only to accommodation charges and excludes safari permit fees.

Hotels allot inventory and block rooms upon confirmation. Therefore, late cancellations or no-shows attract full charges.
Forest departments treat safari permits as non-flexible and non-transferable, which leads to strict cancellation terms.

Once a premium permit is blocked, no adjustments or name changes are allowed.
If you choose to cancel before we issue the final confirmation voucher, which is generated only after successful coordination with our partners:

This covers administrative expenses, payment gateway fees, and pre-booking coordination efforts.
Safari gate/zone assignment is governed entirely by forest authorities. We ensure placement within your chosen category, but the exact gate may vary.
Booking confirmation and vouchers may take up to 24 hours, depending on availability.
For triple occupancy, accommodation will include an extra bed or mattress, as per hotel policy.
Any upward revision in:
Government taxes
Safari permit prices
Fuel costs
Hotel tariffs
Forest entry fees will be payable by the guest before travel.
Peak-season periods (long weekends, festivals, New Year, etc.) may follow special cancellation policies, which will be informed at the time of booking.
If your safari cannot be confirmed due to:
Technical issues
Seat unavailability
Permit allocation failure
We will issue a 100% refund to your provided bank account.
No deductions are made in such cases.
Wildlife Adventure India is not responsible for refunds, rescheduling, or compensation if the trip is affected by:
Heavy rain, cyclone, or weather closure
Government orders or sudden park shutdowns
Operational delays by hotels or forest authorities
Roadblocks, traffic issues, political events
Natural calamities or emergencies
Technical failures, system downtime
Wildlife movement or safety restrictions
We will try our best to offer alternate options, but certain services may remain non-refundable as per government regulations.
Once package pricing is finalized, any later increase in:
Permit charges
Government taxes
Hotel or transport tariffs
Guide fees or fuel rates
…will be charged additionally.
Wildlife Adventure India functions as a facilitator, coordinating bookings with government and private partners. Decisions made by these third parties are outside our scope of control.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
